Discovery of the New World, breaking the sound barrier, man's first trip to the moon are all feats that required enormous courage and exemplary leadership. While the establishment of BLTA is in no way tantamount to these accomplishments, the advancement of this great American educational institution requires exceptional vision and outstanding leadership in much the same way as the pioneers of the New World or the first moon landing led the way in those discoveries. Although many of the programs offered at BLTA emphasize the acquisition of marketable skills, the college understands that it must encourage the advancement of knowledge through the fulfillment of a broad range of scholarly pursuits. In this regard, student and faculty alike are afforded various opportunities through courses and other activities to advance original ideas and to expand the scope of knowledge in their respective disciplines. BLTA is born out of a rich tradition of academic and training excellence. It was founded by
Bishop-Dr. Julieann Pinder, a pioneer of Christian college-level education across the world. Her vast knowledge and experience to propel gospel and lay-ministers into fulfilling the Great Commission, makes this an integral part of the mission. The college currently offers certificate and degree programs in a wide array of disciplines. Additionally, seminars, symposiums and workshops are regularly scheduled to meet the training and development needs of local churches, bible schools, businesses, and the community at large.

With the establishment of BLTA, global learners will now have the opportunity to fulfill their

STUDENT EXCHANGE & VISITORS (SEVP - USCIS )

BLTA does not participate in international student visa or visitor exchange programs. Non-
immigrant students must apply directly with USCIS or SEVP programs.

STATE OF FLORIDA AUTHORIZATION

Since we are an independent parochial school (religious school), we are authorized by the State
of Florida to offer certificates and degrees. We are compliant with those requirements and their
regulatory agency.

FINANCIAL AID

BLTA offers discounted fees on all programs by utilizing a partial scholarship scale depending
on student need and available resources. Students may finance their tuition balance and make
monthly payments. No government funding is available. Students may also finance their
education in other ways such as with use of a credit card or paying cash.
Our fees are affordable and comparable. Everyone benefits from reduced rates and the
scholarship program.

COURSE OFFERINGS

BLTA currently offers 2 doctoral degree programs, 4 masters degrees programs, 4 bachelors
degree programs, 3 associates degree programs, and 7 certificate programs. About 50 different
courses are available for selection. Training, developing and deploying students with the gospel
into the marketplaces of life is our primary educational goal, and purpose.
