Baruch leadership Training Academy has placed in the hands of people in the global community
of faith countless hours of anointed teachings that were designed to give all type of learners fresh
insights into gospel ministry. We compiled thousands of content from BLTA classroom,
seminars, workshops, and symposiums from instructional platforms. These resources provide
one of the best anointed experiences.

It is the purpose of Baruch Leadership Training Academy (BLTA), a Christian Community Bible
School, to assist each student in his/her pursuit of ideals, biblical knowledge and practical
academic skills.

Our Mission
Baruch Leadership Training Academy is committed to providing affordable, comprehensive,
theological training opportunities specifically designed to quickly empower all aspiring
individuals especially high school students with a calling to the gospel ministry. Through the
acquisition of relevant skills and knowledge in specific ministerial or career orientated fields
these students can effectively impact the world. Undergraduate and graduate learners pursuing
career enhancements can learn tools to impact the lives of multi-cultural groups.
To fulfill this mission, the college has designed tertiary-level programs corresponding to the
socioeconomic, educational and cultural needs of the global communities of faith. Generally, the
College seeks to provide high quality academic and training programs in a learning environment
conducive to successful career preparation, professional development, credit transfer and the
establishment of lifelong associations.
We believe that these opportunities and our commitment to excellence in delivering quality
education in a safe, caring learning atmosphere will help to promote equality, innovation,
personal and professional advancement, economic growth and continued community
development throughout the world.
The practitioner-led curricula developed a strong foundation in general ministry-related fields.
Studies at BLTA utilizes a structured online-based learning modules featured in small class sizes.
Philosophy
WE believe that the bible is the infallible word of God and that and is our final authority in
all matters pertaining to doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy
3:16,17). WE believe in the trinity (God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit as
Parakletos).
Baruch Leadership Training Academy was established as an institution of higher learning, based
on the belief that everyone should be allowed to develop to his or her fullest potential regardless
of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, socio-economic status, or any other distinguishing
characteristics. The college believes that no individual should be denied the opportunity to
pursue his or her educational dreams because of constrained academic or religious affiliation.
